Using collage and paint, Rosanne will exhibit her varied interpretation of aspects of the coastal waters around her home shores of Loch Ewe, be it the weather, headlands, beaches or sea pools. 

Having lived within sight of the sea most of my life I never tire from watching the dramatic changes brought on by weather and light. The theme of coastal waters has urged me to interpret my surroundings here around the shores of Loch Ewe and slightly beyond. I use collage, paint and sometimes a mix of both to describe aspects of the coast be it the weather, headlands, beaches or sea pools. My work varies, according to my observations, from being literal to a sometimes more sensory response incorporating my love of colour and texture.
